Effective August 2019Amy Plano is not personally accepting NEW patients at this time.

But you are in luck! Her rock-star team of RDs, Audrey (on maternity leave (yay!) until October),  Deirdre, Kate, Stephanie and Lola are. They are equally as fabulous & accept all the same insurances as Amy.

Therefore, if you are a NEW patient looking to schedule your initial visit or haven’t been seen in the last 6-months please schedule your visit with any of the aforementioned Registered Dietitians. They are awesome!

We offer both in-person and telehealth visits. Both can be billed through your insurance. 

When you click on the link below ‘New Patient and Follow Up Scheduling’ you will be provided with the option for either an in-office visit or a telehealth visit.

Choose whatever type of visit works best for you. You can always start with an in-office visit and change to telehealth down the road. 

All office visits occur with a dietitian in Orange CT  at our office located at 500 Boston Post Road.  Looks for signs for The Plano Program Personal Training and Nutrition Center.

Our offices are located INSIDE a personal training studio. So don’t freak out if you walk in and see a bunch of workout equipment. You are in the right spot.
